Michelle Stagaard Named Public Relations & Social Media Lead at cyberconIQ
York College Graduate to Fill PR Responsibilities
cyberconIQ is making significant strides in cybersecurity and the York community. They are pleased to announce its recent hire of Michelle Stagaard, a 2020 York College graduate. Her position will serve in several roles including the planning, marketing, and communications to promote cyberconIQ in the highest of standards via social media sites and different advertising mediums.
“I never thought I would start my first, full-time job during a pandemic, but that’s exactly what I did! I am truly looking forward to being a part of a York based, start-up, cybersecurity company as their goals are limitless,” Stagaard says. “I am elated to become a contributor to the growth of cyberconIQ and to see this company thrive in its industry.”
Stagaard graduated with a degree in Public Relations and two minors, one in Hospitality Marketing and the second, Speech Communications. She spent nine months interning with the York Fair Grounds as their PR and Marketing Lead. Stagaard commented, “At the fair I was responsible for planning several key events, direct consumer hospitality, creating custom marketing & branding content, all while working hands-on with our in-house sponsorship program.”
The hiring of this New Jersey native is a positive step forward for cyberconIQ. She will aid in building relationships throughout the community and assist in the launching of the company’s latest products, such as cybermetrIQs, academIQ, and their unIQue Adaptive Learning Platform.
